Been a long time since I blog.. Really busy with my career transition.. Due to all the guideline by MAS, I've made a really tough but I think should be wise decision to leave the bank and go back to the real estate industry. Why back to real estate when the time now are bad?! Well it is at bad time that allow us to differential our self from others and emerge a winner. Furthermore now that I've mortgage experiences as well, this put me in a better position among all others. In fact, I have a lot of plan on hand to fall back on if all else fail.. for example I'm currently planning an online business with my buddy. The most important draw for me back to real estate is the flexibility to manage my time... especially FAMILY TIMES!! Something that I value more then anything else in the world.
Spent the whole day with my family today. We brought le xuan for her jab at United Square and This time the jab is on her arm! We watched in anticipation "heart pain =(" that she will cry but guess what?! This brave young lady didn't! She watch throughout the jab procedure.. give a "what is going on" face and didn't even make a sound.. The doctor is like woah.. you are a brave girl.. We were all really surprise but well.. good for her la if see her in pain.. our heart also pain.. =(
Had our lunch at United Square and then its back home.. The weather was really good! Bright and sunny! So I suggested bringing Le Xuan for a swim. So looking forward to our EC man.. but for not just stick to home made pool ba.. hahahaha
