Woohoo balcony decking arrived!
As you can see the decking I go for is those 45mm slim one.. I personally felt that as our balcony area is not that big.. Using slim strip will create a visual effect that make the area look spacious..
See. If you use pui pui strip can only lay a few pieces ma.. Slim you can lay more.. So space machiam double up. Ahahah.... And I also oriented it horizontally so it make my balcony look longer.. Hahaha.. Its all my personal logic la..

Adding on the color
Haha.. Allow me to share with you one of my DIY project. The grass are from Taobao. It's really cheap lo.. I just bought 1 x 1m by 1m. It's around $20. You can find the link here.
As I do not want my balcony area to be too common.. I've decide to add some detail to it. A DIY artificial grass strip! Its really simple. All you need to cut the grass into strips with a cutter.
Follow by laying them into the space lo.

Arrival of my 55" UHD LG TV!! So excited lo.. This is the full first I buy such a big tv man.. First home mah so everything also first time.. But although I first time but I not noob one ok..
Let me share with you my pattern. Haha.. This pattern will be damn chibai but quite efficient. All you need to do is follow these steps.
1) Head down to any of the mega electronic store in Singapore. For me I chose C la..
2) Talk to any sale personal there.. Try to chose the most friendly one la..
3) Be prepared to spend hours there attending Free electronic lesson.. If you want can talk to a few sale person. Because if they represent a single brand, what they say can be quite bias.
4) After you've identify the model of the TV, Soundbar, Fridge, Washer, Dryer that you want. Remember to take down the model number and price
5) DO take note of any free gift that come along with the purchase as well..
6) With these information, head down to Mustafa or Parasilk.. Give them the model no of all the products and asked for their best quote and available free gift. Haha.. Don't ask me why la.. All I know is their pricing is really quite competitive man.. If you want you can just end here and buy from them lo..
7) For me I'm more pariah la.. So I continue to step 7.. hahaha.. With the lower price from above.. I head back to C. Approach their sale staff and this is what I said..
- Can I look for your sales or branch manager?
"Yes?"
- I know what I wanted already so I don't wanna waste the time of your sales staff. This is the list of items I am looking at. If you are able to go lower then their price. I'll buy everything "TV, Soundbar, Fridge, Washer, Dryer" from you right here right now?
I tell you my friend. Most of the time they will give you one sibei dulan face.. And most likely they will not go lower since that is probably the lowest already but they will match for you which is probably good enough liao la.. Why I wanna go through all the hassle? Because I wanted the lowest price possible and I trust the customer service of mega store better lo..

Another of my TB loot.. Bought this motorise timber blind and you know what happen? Total disaster..
After installing the blind, press down on the remote.. jin swee the blind started rolling down.. but upon reaching the bottom.. This retard motor kept on rotating and didn't stop lo.. End the the blind roll up again until it reach the top.. string snap and the whole fking blind drop down!! I got so pissed and pm the supplier but was told they did checked before they ship out.. it wasn't suppose to function like this.. Rightfully it should stop when the blind reach bottom.. Then I asked them so how? They asked me to send back for them to inspect the item.. WTF loh.. Send item back to China is no joke la..
Aiya.. Don't talk about the retarded blind liao la.. Lighting final installation!
At this stage you will be super excited already lo.. Although still not ready to move in yet but I remember staying till night fall just to admire the lighting in my home.. hehehe..
